Comment: Puppy I need HELP and Fast!!!!!!!!I got new bottom teeth this past monday and they are making my mouth hurts so bad I am scared to eat. ANy suggestion aaaaaaaaaanything at all. Thanks.. To make my biting and chew easier.. Thanks

GLegs...Lovie said her mouth was sore too when she got her teeth... unfortunately this is probably due to the swelling of your gums and it will get better as it goes down and they settle into place and your mouth becomes used to them... Can you try soem Baby Orgel to ease the pain and soreness. I would probably stick to softer foods you dont have to chew alot until it gets better. On the plus side...milkshakes dont sound bad and a you have a great excuse to get one for every meal now....- Hope that helps... PolarB ;)

I agree and do check and have your dentist adjust them.
It shouldn't take long to get used to them.

Get yourself a temporary liner called Sea Bond. It's a soft, cut-to-fit material that goes on your plate between it and your gums. Even though your new teeth probably came with a soft, temporary liner your still gonna hurt for awhile until your gums heal up. And yes, milkshakes and Instant Breakfast will prob'ly be your meal of choice for awhile. Don't worry in a few months you'll almost forget you've got dentures. In the beginning though....it's not fun. Good luck and try the Sea Bond. It works really well.
