Pup, I put 2 recipes on my blog and Lucy told me I should put them on the Purse Possee so could you post them for me? (this is a really great dip for chips or crackers and really tastes good)
Cranberry Creamcheese Dip
1 cup frozen cranberries 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 teaspoons grated orange zest 3 Tablespoons minced red onion 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 8 oz. package of cream cheese
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Chill 1 hr. before serving.
Ok, here is recipe number two. (This is really a quick and easy dessert and really easy to make and it's so good. We have it at our house quite a bit. We have found that we like peach the best but you can put anything in it that you like)
$10.00 Pie
1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 stick margarine 1 can fruit filling or fresh fruit(we like the fresh fruit best)
Melt butter in 9" square pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and milk together until smooth. Pour mixture in pan with melted butter. Spoon in fruit filling. (If using apple, sprinkle top with cinnamon) Bake at 370 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Prick middle with fork to see if done. This is really a yummy dessert and so easy to whip up.
Hope you try both of these recipes and hope you enjoy them. Have a great day everyone.

I need some Italian help here. I am going to make sauce Sunday and meatballs and sausage.
I'd like to make another slow cooking meat to go with it........something like Brasciole in the pork family.
