Hey, everybody!
I wanted to place a message here for all who enjoy this blog and are Purse Posse members. The Purse Posse started on an impulse and has grown to be a much used "weapon" on occasion when a united front comes in handy. It's also a great place to share information or ask questions. Even to share our favorite recipes. It always has been and I hope it will continue to be a very positive and fun place, as well as entity.
However, I would like to ask that all of us, men and women alike, use the name of the Purse Posse wisely in your statments and comments here on the stream. We've all been liberal with the name and all in good fun. But I have noticed a couple of times and have had it brought to my attention, as well, that the Posse "name" has been used in a manner that may be offensive, degrading, or exploitive of women.
So please be careful and mindful of what you say in conjunction with the Purse Posse. The purpose of this blog is to be a positive and fun experience and I believe we should all uphold and protect the respect from each other and from others as women. There is sometimes a fine line between fun and distasteful, so if you have any doubt about your statements or comments concerning the Purse Posse, please just air on the side of caution and not make the statement or comment. And please don't use the "posse" name when defending your own blog or content of that blog if there is something there that might offend women in general.
Thank you!
