I was thinking today about shoes, a subject dear to our hearts and never all that far from our minds, right? The men in (and out) my life over the years often commented on the number of shoes in my closet, as if I had more than "normal." They never seemed to understand a woman's needs! I needed proper ladies shoes to wear to work, and of course each pair had to compliment the outfit of the day, and in the snake-pit where I worked fashion was important. Then I needed shoes to run around in, do errands, shopping, etc. Comfy house shoes. Killer heels for special occassions. And, of course, boots in winter and sandals in summer.
So let's all go count up every pair of shoes we currently own and compare notes, okay?
